Who We Are
The Tagata Moana Hui Foundation (TMHF) is a coalition of community health workers dedicated to connecting communities with resources and coordinating events. TMHF works in partnership with agencies and organizations across the health and human services spectrum to ensure resources are accessible in culturally and linguistically appropriate ways.
TMHF does not provide direct clinical or social services. Our offerings strengthen community events such as health fairs, outreach programs, and resource drives. We understand the vital role that language, culture, and heritage play in promoting health and wellness. TMHF focuses on creating culturally safe spaces, with the goal to reach people where they are.

Mission
The mission of TMHF is to integrate Indigenous Pacific values into every space we engage in through advocacy, research, and community service.
Vision
Our vision is a world rooted in Indigenous Pacific values, where cultural wisdom guides us to live in harmony with the environment, one another, and ourselves.
